TENANT SCREENING
We conduct extensive screening on all tenants. Each applicant is run through an algorithm that has been built over the years to reduce risk and qualify your tenant. Once they are qualified, we handle every aspect of leasing your property as quickly as possible.
RENT COLLECTION
We make rent collection easy by providing tenants the ability to pay their rent online or in person. Options include payment via ACH, credit card, debit card, money order, check, or cashier’s check. They can also pay at any 7-Eleven, CVS, Walgreens, or Walmart.
MAINTENANCE
When maintenance issues arise your residents can request maintenance 24/7, online or over the phone. The requests are reviewed promptly and ranked as emergency, urgent or normal, then issued to vetted licensed and insured independent contractors.
FINANCIAL REPORTING
With our detailed financial reporting tools, it's never been easier to keep tabs on your investment. Log into your owner portal to view statements and stay in tune with how your investment is performing.
EVICTION PROTECTION
In the event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your property, we will work with our attorneys to coordinate everything on your behalf. We work hard to protect your investment and keep the eviction process stress-free.
